bjji Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Us

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "bjji", "we", "us", "our" refers to the bjji platform and its operating entity, accessible at bjji.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bjji platform.
• "Platform" means the bjji website (bjji.io), mobile application, and all associated services, games, and features.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Player on the bjji platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means deposited funds held in a Player's Account wallet, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and separate bonus terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets that must be placed before a Bonus Balance or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required to unlock full platform functionality and withdrawal rights.
• "Payment Method" means any approved deposit or withdrawal channel made available by bjji, including but not limited to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using an online gambling service is illegal under applicable local law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or game terms published on the bjji platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and bjji governing your use of the platform.

2.2 By completing the registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox during sign-up, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

2.3 Continued use of the bjji platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.

2.4 These Terms are available in English. English is the controlling language for all dispute resolution and legal interpretation. No translation of these Terms into any other language shall be authoritative.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Minimum Age. The bjji platform is strictly available to individuals who are aged 21 years or older. By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years of age. bjji reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point and to suspend or permanently close an Account where the minimum age requirement is not satisfied.

3.2 Residency and Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the bjji platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. bjji does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific location. By using the platform, you represent that doing so is lawful under the laws applicable to you.

3.3 Single Account per Person. Each eligible individual may hold only one registered Account on bjji. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under your own identity or another identity — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.4 Self-Excluded Players. Individuals who have applied for self-exclusion through bjji's Responsible Gaming tools are not eligible to register a new Account or use the platform during the self-exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms.

4. Account Registration

4.1 To access the full range of bjji services, you must register a personal Account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.

4.2 You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly if any detail changes. bjji may request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent point.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. You agree to notify bjji immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.4 bjji will never contact you by email, SMS, or chat to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from bjji that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

4.5 KYC Verification. bjji operates a mandatory Know Your Customer process. Before processing a withdrawal request, bjji may require you to submit one or more of the following documents: a national identity card (NID), passport, birth certificate, a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address, or a photograph. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by bjji may result in suspension of withdrawal rights.

4.6 bjji reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bjji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via approved Payment Methods listed on the platform at the time of your transaction. Accepted methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank MobileB@nking, and select Visa and Mastercard cards. bjji reserves the right to add or remove Payment Methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bjji does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. No currency conversion is performed by bjji, and bjji is not responsible for any foreign exchange fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on bjji is ৳500 per transaction. bjji reserves the right to revise this minimum at any time. The current applicable minimum will always be displayed at the point of deposit.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within 2 to 6 hours for bank transfers, subject to successful KYC verification and the absence of any fraud flag or pending bonus wagering requirement. bjji does not guarantee processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a Payment Method registered under your verified Account identity. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. bjji reserves the right to apply additional verification steps before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.

5.6 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. bjji may apply an administrative maintenance fee of ৳200 per month to dormant Accounts, deducted from the Real Money Balance, provided that balance remains above zero. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees are applied.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 bjji offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL season promotions). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer at the time of issue, in addition to the general conditions set out in this clause.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Balance and any related winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. bjji monitors all bonus-related account activity. The following behaviours constitute bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds, cancellation of associated winnings, and permanent Account suspension:

• Registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Using bonus funds to place low-risk or hedged bets designed to circumvent wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures.
• Providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

6.4 bjji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will take effect from the date of publication on the bjji platform. Any bonus already credited to a Player's Account at the time of withdrawal will remain subject to the terms under which it was originally issued.

6.5 Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

7.1 All games made available on the bjji platform — including casino table games, slot machines, live dealer games, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the individual rules published by the respective game provider. In the event of a conflict between game provider rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail with respect to Account, payment, and eligibility matters; game provider rules shall prevail with respect to game mechanics and outcome determination.

7.2 Certified RNG. All casino games on bjji use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are not influenced by bjji. bjji does not modify the Return to Player (RTP) percentages published by game providers.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction — including server errors, disconnections, or software bugs — that results in an incorrect game outcome or incorrect crediting of winnings, bjji reserves the right to void the affected bet or round and return the stake to the Player's Real Money Balance. bjji is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions caused by third-party game providers.

7.4 Bet Cancellation. bjji reserves the right to cancel any bet or reverse any transaction that is the result of a technical error, a pricing error, or a violation of these Terms. In sports betting, bjji reserves the right to void markets where reliable and verified data is unavailable.

7.5 Sports Betting. All sports betting markets on bjji are governed by standard sports betting rules applicable to each sport. Cricket betting on bjji covers matches including BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. Settlement of bets is based on official match results as published by the relevant governing body. Rain-affected matches and abandoned fixtures will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that market.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 You agree that you will not engage in any of the following activities on the bjji platform. Breach of this clause constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the bjji platform to launder money or to process funds connected to any criminal activity.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through collusion, cheating, hacking, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities.
• Accessing the bjji platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other method to disguise your actual location.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account to any other person.
• Using the platform on behalf of a third party, or funding your Account with funds belonging to a third party.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward bjji staff or other players.

8.2 Where bjji suspects fraudulent activity, bjji reserves the right to freeze Account funds, withhold pending withdrawals, and report the matter to relevant financial and law enforcement authorities pending investigation.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the bjji platform — including but not limited to the bjji brand name and logo, website design and layout, written content, graphics, software, game interfaces, and all other platform materials — is the intellectual property of bjji or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bjji platform solely for your personal, non-commercial, recreational purposes. No content from the bjji platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, republished, scraped, framed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of bjji.

9.3 Game content on the bjji platform is provided under licence from third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with the respective providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 The bjji platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bjji makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted platform availability, bjji does not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities at all times.

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bjji's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the bjji platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their bjji Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

10.3 bjji is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental loss, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, arising from use of the platform — even if bjji has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

10.4 bjji is not responsible for the content, practices, or security of any third-party payment provider. Any dispute relating to a payment transaction should be directed to the relevant payment provider in the first instance.

10.5 Nothing in these Terms limits bjji's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

11. Privacy & Data

11.1 bjji collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

11.2 bjji may share player data with third-party service providers where necessary to operate the platform, process payments, perform KYC verification, or comply with legal obligations. bjji will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11.3 bjji uses industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.3 encryption, hashed password storage, and access controls to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse.

12. Responsible Gaming

12.1 bjji is committed to promoting responsible gambling. bjji provides a suite of player-controlled tools accessible from within the Account dashboard, including:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, and monthly limits on the amount you may deposit.
• Loss Limits — caps on the total amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Session Reminders — notifications alerting you when a pre-set session time has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Periods — temporary account suspension from 24 hours to 30 days, effective immediately upon activation.
• Self-Exclusion — permanent Account closure preventing re-registration for a minimum period of 6 months.

12.2 Once activated, deposit limits and loss limits take effect immediately for reductions. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect, to protect players from impulsive decisions.

12.3 If you believe that your gambling behaviour is causing harm to yourself or others, please contact bjji's support team immediately at [email protected]. bjji's responsible gaming team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

12.4 bjji strictly prohibits the use of its platform by individuals under the age of 21. bjji employs age verification measures at registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any Account holder at any time.

13. Account Closure

13.1 Closure by Player. You may request closure of your bjji Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be withdrawn to your verified Payment Method after completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus Balances will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

13.2 Closure by bjji. bjji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, use of the platform from a Prohibited Territory, or any other circumstance that bjji reasonably deems to justify closure in order to protect the integrity of the platform or the safety of players.

13.3 Where an Account is closed by bjji due to a breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance may be forfeited in part or in full, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. bjji will notify the Player of any such forfeiture and the reasons for it.

13.4 Following Account closure, bjji will retain your personal data for a period consistent with applicable data retention laws and as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 bjji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, bjji will notify registered Players by email or via an in-platform notification.

14.2 If you do not agree with a revised version of these Terms, you must stop using the bjji platform and close your Account in accordance with clause 13.1. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

15.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

15.2 bjji is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the bjji service, you should contact the support team at [email protected] in the first instance, providing full details of your complaint. bjji will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

15.3 bjji's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and Account status are final and binding, subject only to manifest error.
